Data Collection

• Visiting the site automatically logs your IP address, browser type, referring page, access time, and URL — typical access logs.
• The website is served via Cloudflare, which processes technical data (e.g., IP) on behalf of blynx for security, availability, and performance. Processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Frameworks.

CMS and Contact Form

• Built with Webstudio (webstudio.is).
• Submitted form data (name, email, message) is stored in Directus CMS, hosted with Hetzner in Germany.
• Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Purpose of Processing

• To handle and respond to inquiries via contact form.
• To ensure website functionality, security, performance, and legal compliance.

Third-Party Disclosure

• IT service providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner, Webstudio, Directus) may process personal data as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
• No sharing of cookies or analytics data for marketing purposes.

International Data Transfer

• Cloudflare may transfer data outside the EEA under SCCs and DPF certification.
• Directus data resides in Germany — no transfers outside the EU.

Data Retention

• Log data stored for about 30 days.
• Contact form data retained as long as necessary for handling requests, up to a maximum of 2 years.
• You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

• You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object.
• Complaints may be lodged with your local data protection authority.

Cookies & Tracking

• Only essential cookies are used; no profiling or marketing cookies.
