Data Collection
- Visiting the site automatically logs your IP address, browser type, referring page, access time, and URL — typical access logs.
- The website is served via Cloudflare, which processes technical data (e.g., IP) on behalf of blynx for security, availability, and performance. Processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Frameworks.
CMS and Contact Form
- Built with Webstudio (webstudio.is).
- Submitted form data (name, email, message) is stored in Directus CMS, hosted with Hetzner in Germany.
- Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Purpose of Processing
- To handle and respond to inquiries via contact form.
- To ensure website functionality, security, performance, and legal compliance.
Third-Party Disclosure
- IT service providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner, Webstudio, Directus) may process personal data as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
- No sharing of cookies or analytics data for marketing purposes.
International Data Transfer
- Cloudflare may transfer data outside the EEA under SCCs and DPF certification.
- Directus data resides in Germany — no transfers outside the EU.
